Teachers Building Society - Teachers Savings eligibility
Does anyone have any experience or insight into what Teachers BS define as "education professionals"?
I'm employed at a university but in a non-teaching role. Would I be okay?
I did look through their website but couldn't find any real details. Perhaps they acknowledge some ambiguity is helpful...

Its there:
For us, education professionals also include: newly qualified teachers (NQTs), teaching assistants (TAs), supply teachers, nursery workers, lecturers and headteachers.
But if its savings only I think anyone can have an account.
Savings for all - not just teachers
So whether you're a teacher, a corporate or charitable organisation or someone else, when you save with us you're helping us lend money to even more first time buyer teachers.

Ah thank you!
For their ISAs they've got a slightly better teachers-only rate.

Yes. Swansea BS currently restrict new applicants to those living in Wales. Stafford BS was, until recently Stafford Railway BS.

Yes I know. I was replying to the comment saying that anyone can have an account by saying there were some "teacher-only" rates.
