b. Text BREAK or BREAK1 or BREAK2 or BREAK5 or BREAK7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 by 23:59 on 3rd June 2026; and

c. Click on the link provided in the returned text message to upload a photo of your receipt to complete your entry during the Promotional Period. Only one photo can be accepted in a receipt upload. Please retain receipt.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period (1 text & receipt = 1 entry).

Prizes:

There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, and 10 x Tier 2 prizes.

A. Tier 1: prize consists of a 3-night trip to New York City, USA for 2 people. At least one attendee must be 21+. Prize includes:

- return economy flights from a GB airport to New York with 1 x item of checked luggage per person (luggage allowance is subject to the chosen airline’s policy);

- return private transfers from New York airport to hotel;

- 3 nights’ 5* hotel accommodation in New York, sharing a double/twin room, breakfast included;

- a multiple-course tasting menu dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant on one evening, including service charge. The restaurant chosen will be based on the winner’s preferences and any dietary requirements as well as availability over the chosen dates;

- a 20-minute sightseeing helicopter tour over the New York skyline;

- 2 x Broadway tickets to a show of winner’s choice. Top tier tickets will be selected, up to maximum of $350 per person (subject to availability on the date and time chosen);

- £500 spending money;

- Sunworld Premier Single Trip travel insurance.

GB airport will be an international airport operating direct flights to New York. Prize Provider will supply a list of airports to the winner. Winner and guest must travel together in both directions. Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guest, and prize excludes any visas. If you do not hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. UK Passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner and guest’s responsibility to arrange and comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promotion Entities cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Prize also excludes domestic travel, travel insurance and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions.

A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

Safety rules and regulations will be supplied to the winner by the helicopter provider. Maximum weight per passenger for the helicopter flight is 113kg. Winner and guest may be asked to provide body weight; this information will be kept private and is solely to arrange the seating distribution onboard the aircraft.

£500 spending money will be paid via bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner’s name.

Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over.

The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of prize acceptance, and travel mustbe booked and completed within that time frame. Travel is subject to availability and excludes over 21st December 2026 – 2nd January 2027, 26th – 29th March 2027, UK bank holidays. At least 6 weeks’ advance notice of preferred dates must be given; winner will be asked for 3 travel dates in order of preference. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered.

In the event the winner’s guest is under 18, the winner must be their parent or legal guardian. Please note that one attendee must be 21+.

Please note that the Tier 1 winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

B. Tier 2: prize is a £100 Tesco e-Gift Card.

e-Gift Card can be used in any UK Tesco store. The e-Gift Card cannot be used online or at a Tesco petrol station. The card and balance will expire five years from purchase or last card use. Email address required to receive prize.

e-Gift Cards will be emailed within 28 working days of prize acceptance.

Only one prize per household. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.
