Vanquis - how to complete balance transfer?
Hi,
I applied and was accepted for a Vanquis BT card today. Has anyone got any idea how I complete the balance transfer? The help guide has pointed me towards the offers section in the app but there is no option there for me to enter the details of the card I wish transfer from.

Do you see a BT offer in the offers section, I do (and a MT one), clicking "Find out more" shows the details of the offer with a "Start a transfer" button at the bottom of the app.

No, I’m not seeing that at the moment, although I have had an email from Vanquis this morning saying to “look out” for the BT offer appearing in the app in the next three days. I’m hoping that is the resolution I’m looking for.
It’s not a problem for me but would have been nice to have been told when the application was approved
