Received a Parking charge notice from DCBL, but I've never owned that car
I've just received a letter from DCBL about a charge notice from 2023. However, the license plate is for a car i've never owned or seen and the offence happened 3.5 hours away from where I live, in a place i've never been to.
I've emailed the DVLA about information from a registration and explained the situation. Saying that it's fraud and not my car etc. But what should I do next? Do i contact DCBL and tell them it isn't and has never been my car, i'm not the driver and it's fraud? Do I contact the police? I just need some advice please

"Do i contact DCBL and tell them it isn't and has never been my car, i'm not the driver".
Yes.
But obviously don't phone them, LOL! These aren't reasonable people IMHO - it's a broken, rogue industry - and there's no consumer rights ethic behind parking debt crawlers!
"and it's fraud?"
It's not. It is most likely a 'mistrace' as they are pursuing a keeper with the same name as you and have got the wrong person when trawling for possibly matching names & addresses.
Is your name fairly common?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
