Hi all, as the title suggests.

They have been at least 4 times despite proof of said debt being in an active IVA and today they left this.

Surely they can't do that?

If you've complained to CDER, then escalate the complaint.

Also complain to the creditor who has employed them. Who is that?

I'm going to presume that the "RT" I can see through the blurring means it's a Road Traffic debt.

If it's a Civil Contravention penalty for things like Parking, Driving in a Bus lane then honestly, he has no powers provided you can prove the penalty charge is included in the IVA.

If it's a fine for things like excessive speeding, dangerous driving, driving without insurance etc those are criminal fines and your IVA does not protect you from those.

Criminal fines are excluded from debt solutions.

If it's a Civil Debt then prepare your IVA paperwork to prove to him if he turns up.

You want to take that image down as your name and address are still visible.
