Probate
I have submitted probate request online. Probate office have said they want further information from the witnesses to the will. They are going to send a form to them. Does anyone know what form they will send? If I can download it I hope to reduce the time we will have to wait. Thank you

I think they will send the form themselves and contact the witnesses directly with the questions they want answered
it is sometimes related to signatures and the circumstances of the signing

Was this will made very close to death? That can trigger a request for more info from witnesses
There are no such forms on line and it has to come from the probate office.

Thank you both - it was a will signed a couple of years ago but it is very simple so that may be the issue.

hello, did the witness sign and print their name, if it was just signed or their name just printed this could be the reason why.
