British Gas newspeak
My BG energy account was recently credited following a billing issue. Checking my last statement, the DDs I've paid since then, and the anticipated credit, the balance looks to be correct. However nowhere in the account (such as under payment history) is there a record of the credit. I will have to wait for my next quarterly bill to hopefully see it explicitly mentioned.
I looked under the payments help. Their example makes no sense to me.

As soon as I posted, I realised my misunderstanding. I suppose they are referring to payments refunded to your payment method. Apologies.
