I've noticed they have got a bit stricter, I'm doing the Santander one at the moment and the direct debits have to be household ones and they only pay after 90 days, the ones I've done before have been any direct debit and payment was within a few weeks. I've had a switch payment from them before which they say makes me ineligable, but I thought I'd try my luck as there aren't any other ones I can try at the moment.

Note that the Santander DDs have to be selected household ones, i.e. only companies on the list they publish, as opposed to something that you may consider to be a household one…

Thankfully my 2 mobile phone bills were on the list. Just waiting time out now until I qualify for another offer elsewhere.
