Juntion Box PCN Council - evidence on PCN not clear?

Hello all,

Here we go again… I have received a PCN from Brent Borough today for entering and stopping in the box junction when prohibited (contravention code: 31). I don't remember this happening. But the photographic evidence they have provided doesn't seem to be showing much, I am not convinced myself that I actually did stop on the box, please see the attached - my car is a white car, the photo shows my car just before the yellow box and the other photo is completely dark. Therefore, I cannot see evidence of the contravention. Can I request additional evidence or challenge the one they have provided? Or should I pay and assume they are correct?

There's no link to a video? The one time I got one the letter obviously only shows stills but there was a link that showed the video which unfortunately did show me stopping in the yellow box with no real excuses… there may have been room for me to fit had the couple of cars all stopped very close to each other but they left more space than I'd have liked and so my back end was still in the yellow box)
