How to default Office / Outlook 2024

May Outlook has gone up the creek - word is OK
The fonts have changed for this (spam received as an example) - to start with where are the settings to return to default ?
it has changed on message preview / sent messages - everything
What font is this ? because I have "everything" set to arial
letter spacing has gone wrong too….
its only outlook that has changed - word is still ok
and it's not a virus - I have done a full scan.
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.
