Hello I just received a PCN for driving into Pinner on the 18th I did pay the £12.50 ULEZ charge but it appears my email receipt is for the 19th April so I've paid for the wrong day.
Do I have much chance of them accepting payment for the wrong day ?

You should phone them up and explain, which sometimes works.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
