The only discrepancy that I can think of is that I maybe didn't use the same month for my moving-in year. Now I'm supposed to send in identification for a human to compare with my SDS….nope, that's not going to happen 😡

I think I'll just close it and hope their computer lets the sleeping dog lie.

i have had the same issue after opening an initial account. i have never sent ID and i have never had access to any accounts other than the original, even live chat will just say COD form needed.

when you look at the COD form its ridiculous, all the before's and after's would be the same, i'd just like to know what it is that doesn't match.

if someone had a SDS and then a opened an SS later can the SS be upgraded to another SDS straight away or is it per issue of the SDS?
