If not, which is the cheapest charge for a Landline, ideally with no per call charges?

Leave the 'Average speed' filter on the default minimum = '10Mb+ (Basic)', unless you require more.
Change the 'Do you need a home phone?' filter to 'Need a phone line'
Scroll down to the 'Inclusive calls' filter and choose 'Anytime'

For my address the only results I see are from Pop Telecom, who I wouldn't touch with a barge-pole (see other threads), starting from £38.69/month.

Thanks for your reply, I do not get any with any calls regardless.

So I wonder if one can buy a Landline service without Broadband.

Or whether one can port the number to a VOIP service and plug DECT phones into that.

I used to have up to 5 VOIP lines coming into two base stations each with two handsets, the line rental was only £1 a month and no call charges, probably a tad more expensive these days.
