NCP/Moorside POC query

Hello,

So this is actually the second claim made against me and this forum successfully helped me defend myself last time. My defense will primarily be the same as the failure of NCP's autopay caused the incident in this claim and the one previously defended with a few days between the alleged failure on my part.

I just wanted to confirm if the particulars of this claim are still insufficient or do I need to adjust my defense?

£1,190 for what would have been £7.95 for 24 hours had the auto pay worked. It is very annoying that although they lost a year ago they seem to be having another go.

Follow up question, do you think if I make them aware during meditation that they have already lost this exact claim but for a few days before they are likely to back down?

Looks like Moorside Legal are unable to access the field that would fill in the location(s), as seen in another NCP claim thread earlier.

Nothing in the POC about where these charges occurred, how many parking events, the precise dates of parking, or the terms purportedly breached.

Woefully in breach of Part 16.

Do the same defence as the other NCP one tonight, here:

And add a sentence or two about NCP being in administration which means they cannot litigate without the express permission of the Administrators.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    AS ABOVE …….

I assume based on each ticket being £100, you had 7 tickets

    TOTAL £700 NOT £1,190

That means that MOORSIDE added £490 in FAKE charges which is extortion AND a PERFECT case of DOUBLE RECOVERY which is not allowed

    MOORSIDE ARE MIISLEADING THE COURT
