Just received a claim, literally a week or so after replying to the LBC. They where quick to get it to this stage already. Am I screwed lol because it was hatched lines 😅

Please could you provide a copy of the claim form with the claim number and any personal/case identifying information redacted. What communication has been had with UKPC so far? Has the driver been identified? Was the Notice to Keeper compliant with Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012? Do you have any photos of the signs?

I didnt notice the sign, it was up on a lamppost with a camera attached, I realised once I got the pcn. I can go to the site and take a pic if that helps. As for communication with UKPC, I didnt bother as I gathered there was no point from reading the threads and from a previously rejected appeal, thats on another post of mine, still active.
