Limited access account - monthly interest

Does any one know of a limited access account or a short notice (eg 30 days) account with a good rate of interest (4% ish) that pays monthly interest? I'm semi retired and want to access interest instead of using capital.

At 4.5% Chase (JP Morgan) is a good one if you're eligible.
