Sunday Times Where Was I? competition
(www.thetimes.co.uk/travel/destinations/competition/where-was-i-ftrnmb55n)
The prize:
The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, in a Deluxe room at Grove of Narberth, a country house hotel near the Pembrokeshire coast. This painstakingly restored, 19th-century mansion is in an estate that features wide lawns, a 17th-century walled garden and a medieval longhouse once owned by the bailiff of Tenby. Its Arts and Crafts-flavoured rooms blend traditional styles with bold modern flourishes, as well as bespoke furniture and a sprinkling of antiques.
There are two restaurants: the Fernery, which has four AA rosettes, and the Artisan Rooms Brasserie. Each uses produce from the two-acre kitchen gardens.
The prize includes one five-course tasting menu dinner for two with a sommelier’s choice bottle of wine. It must be taken before December 23, 2026, subject to availability and excluding public holidays.
