Forgotten details as so long ago- Moorside Legal
Hi All, I received a letter of claim today from Moorside Legal for UKPS Ltd. so I have been reading the forum for my next course of action. I have used the template with one minor addition and emailed it to the address that auto-replies with a "this email is not manned" type response but according to what I have read here, they will get the email despite their response. The "incident" took place in 2023 and though I remember the "gist" of it, I genuinely can not remember the exact details. I will likely have written the details in my appeal. Is there a way to see my appeal so I have the details should they be needed?

Its usually better to know nothing, plausible deniability, that aspect of can't really remember helps your defence, so you should wait for the court claim and see what it says ( curiosity killed the cat. )

You can send UKPS a SAR.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
