Faulty Sky Router or not

My connection to the internet is via a Sky router this appears to be broken. When the router is plugged in there are usually 3 lights showing on the front of the router now there are only there are only two showing the middle on is not on.
Before my Sky router problem, If needed I could connect any of these to it.
Computer Windows Windows 11
Microsoft Surface 7 tablet Windows 11
Samsung 6 Light tablet Android
Now none of these can connect to the internet via the Sky router
And yet all of these will connect to the internet using a TP Link mobile Wi Fi unit.
Could someone please confirm if it is the router is broken because SKY HELP are driving me round the bend with their help but no solution.

This post was composed on my computer using my TP LINK mobile Wi Fi connection

Thanks

Which Sky router do you have, there's a few.

SR102/Sky Hub, ER115/Q Hub, Broadband Hub (SR203/4), Max Hub or the Gigafast Hub?

Firstly Google exactly which light is out.

What service do you have, Full Fibre, FTTC via the phone line?

If via the phone line is there a dial tone when you connect a handset?

When you say cannot connect to the internet, do the devices connect to the router WiFi successfully?

Making sure you know the WiFi password perform a hard reset of the router, Google how to do it for your particular model.

It would also be a good idea to tell us what you have tried to do to fix it. For example, have you disconnected the power, left it ten minutes and then re-connected.

It would also be helpful to let us know what actually happens. Can you connect to the router but then each device says it has no internet? Or can you not connect to the router ? If so what does the error message say?
