Open business account after Persona account permanently suspended

Is it OK - using the same person from the suspended Personal account as a new Business account administrator (EU registered business, FWIW) ?

Thanks

Depends on why the original account was suspended.

It's always risky, you think they accepted your account and then day for some unknown reason you
get banned again. If your buying only you may slip under the radar longer but when selling you
never know if your going to be OK or whether you will wake up one morning banned again.

The reason for the ban may see the new account being acceptable, sometimes it's not just the
same person opening the account. They have many tools that help them link accounts so you
could use a different address and a different bank and a different internet provider but one day
they ban you for a link to a previously banned account.

Just don't pay the people that claim to have ways to bypass the banning, the information is probably
free on the internet and/or it doesn't work.

What did the previous ban say? Did it mention opening new accounts?
