Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 10:00 on 22nd April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 2nd June 2026. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:

During the Promotional Period:

a. Scan the QR code or go to bigticket2026.com;

b. Enter your first name, surname, postcode, mobile number and email address. Click enter.

c. “Open the box”

. The box will reveal either a “Win” or “Lose” message, dependent on whether the box is opened during a winning moment as set out in Clause 21.

d. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Only one entry per person per day during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one email address and valid mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this email address and mobile number to enter only once per day. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple email addresses, mobile numbers and/or any other methods to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. An email address and mobile number can only be used by one person and cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its soleand absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes: There are 80 prizes to be won during the Promotional Period, being:

- 5 x Samsung 50in 4K TVs;

- 5 x £1,000 cash prizes;

- 70 x £100 cash prizes.

TV prizes will be sent to the address (postcode) provided at point of entry only, within 28 working days of prize acceptance.

£1,000 prizes will be paid via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name supplied at point of entry, within 28 working days of prize acceptance.

The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot bemade into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution(EMI).

£100 prizes will be paid either i) via cheque in UK Sterling to a UK address and in the winner’s name supplied at the point of entry, or ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name supplied at point of entry within 28 working days of prize acceptance. The payment cannot be made into another person’s bank account. The winner will need to provide a valid UK bank account number and sort code. Payment cannot be made into a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).

Please note that all winners will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth), and proof of residential address, before a prize can be dispatched. Business or work addresses will not be accepted. Proof of identity and address must match the name and postcode supplied at point of entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of address (council tax, valid driving licence, utility bill less than three months old or bank statement, for example). Expired proof of identity or address will not be accepted. A mobile phone bill will not be accepted as proof of address.

Maximum one prize per person. The prize must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

I noticed it takes a while before the lid flies off after you have clicked or taped the box, (if using a tablet).

Also I did tap in various places on the box because like you I thought nothing was happening.

That is exactly the first link in the OP

I think @marcia_ was talking about the box you click / tap after filling in your details. After some time the lid flies off and you get a message revealing whether you have won or not.

I just tried rapid tapping and it popped off almost immediately.
