hi, I’ve received a trial date. I resubmitted my defence (thank you to this forum for your expert help) as requested by judge Iyer in July 2025 and not heard anything since. Not sure what do or how to prepare for court. Help please? Attached is the first page of the Order. Personal details removed.

Thank you. Gr1pr. Ive read through the documents. I don’t have witness statements. I don’t know what documents I should be relying on in court. What would these be and how should they shared with the court and claimant? Has anyone got experience of this please? Thank you

The WS deadline is given on your paperwork, you must work out the date from the instructions based on the hearing date
