Making a will
hi all,
I live in France but I have a house in the UK that I would like to leave to my son when he’s reached a certain age. My UK bank account and online bank account also to be left to him.
My French assets would be subject to French law and are jointly owned with my partner anyway. It’s just my UK stuff I need to sort out.
Does anyone have a recommendation of a company that can draw up a will please? Many thanks

Have you investigated what will happen to your share of your French property on your death? If not you might not be aware that French inheritance law does not allow you to leave everything to a partner or spouse if you have children.
You need to avoid will writing companies for you UK estate, you really need a solicitor. If the age you are thinking about is over 18 then that is an added complication which would involve the use of a trust.0
