Just had a letter to say the claim against me has been stuck out due to the defendant Euro Car Parks Limited not paying the hearing fee.

I received about 4 different claims all around the same time and was having a bit of a nuro-d melt down at the time due to it. I nearly caved in and set up payment plans. But thanks to this forum that’s the first one closed.

Thanks so much to all on those on here who make the guides/comment on the posts. I’ve posted on insta offering support to any friends who may be going through similar and will be helping two people to fight these ridiculous fines with the help of the info I’ve learned from here. Thanks again. Cal

It won’t be a discontinuance per se, it’s a strike out by the court, so won’t be able to count this, sorry. But well done @calmur84 on having the resilience to fight 4 separate claims, and for offering help to others based on your experience of handsomely beating ECP and DCB Legal. 👍
