Samsung Galaxy A34 - Outlook Mail problems
Over the past week or so I have had problems a few times with my phone failing to update my mail. The mail update on my laptop etc - just not on my phone.
I have googled a fix.
It just doesn't seem to fix my phone permanently.
I've had to clear my Cache (via Settings, Apps, Outlook, Storage, Cache & Clear the Cache)
That alone doesn't sort it - I then have to switch the phone completely off & on again.
I store quite a lot within Outlook, but clear it regularly & I have had a bit clear-out recently. I empty my recycles & my deleted frequently. My phone is far from full (only 59 of 128 GB).
Is my phone on the way out?
Or is there an easier / more permanent way of sorting this?
I am not a techie by any stretch of the imagination - so please dont get too technical :)
Thanks

Is your phone enjoying continuous connectivity, so good 4/5g signal and/or wi-fi at all times?
If you refresh the Inbox screen in the Outlook app (quick centre drag-down) does this refresh/get new mail?
Do you have another email client installed (like Gmail), does this have the same issue?
I've got the A54 so pretty much the same phone, no problems with Outlook here.
