Is it worth appealing this?

Evening all,

Attended an event at a venue and park in the cark right next to the building. This was the 11th April 2026.

Received NTK from Minster Baywatch LTD, with ANPR photos and time and date. Letter dated the 16th April. ANPR date and time are reasonably about correct.

Pay in 14 days £60. Increasing to £100 after.

Apparently the car park belong to another building, and not the venue visited.

Photo from google maps. There is one sign on the entrance showing "Customer Parking Only". The venue on the left is the one attended. The car was parked for about 4 hours on the right behind where the bins are.

SO…is this worth appealing or should i just pay up and forget about it?

Why doesn't that sign say customers of xxxxx I wonder probably as a catch, why would you pay these scammers anything?

This is the only real defense that I have. Is the signage adequate, that the only sign and it does not state which building it is for customers of.

It probably won’t win an appeal as the appeals process isn’t really independent or fair but as per the “Newbies” thread that’s just one step along a path before they quit

Do the signs inside say the site is managed by Bransby Wilson? You will have read about that issue in other MB threads.
