Parking Eye Appeal

Hi all,

The registered keeper received a PCN for a hopsital parking issue.

An appeal was put in only referring to the driver and today received the attached response asking to name the driver.

They havent reviewed the appeal content this is the forst request.

Any advice on how to respond.

    You really should be complaining about it to PALS, plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

    You don't respond but why hasn't PALS cancelled it when the motorist tried PLAN A?

    Sorry i should have added, already been to PALs before appealing and they refused to look at it until we have appealed and had a response.
