Wills
My husband and I own our house as 50/50 tenants in common. We have taken out a Lifetime Mortgage with Aviva. I wanted to make a Trust Will leaving my share to my adult child with my husband being able to live in the house until his death. Aviva have said that this is not possible. Is there another way to go about this?

I am afraid the LTM is going to prevent an IPDI trust coming into effect unless it is cleared on your death.
Who is your husband leaving his estate to of he is last to go?0 -
At the moment it would be split between our children (from different relationships). My concern is that he might remarry and then his new wife would get everything.

The same would of course apply if he died first. I think you both need professional advice preferably from a STEP solicitor. This may be one of the rare cases where mutual wills would be appropriate.
