This is approaching again. Just wanted to know if the below set of codes would be relevant for me as this parking event occurred on feb 2024?

There were also no signs at all near disabled bays and I have pictures of this. Can I get this added in to my witness statement? As I had already sent my ws previously?

Just wanted to add these pics that show. There were a 1 or 2 signs coming into car park which were obstructed by uncut hedges or a car in front can easily obstruct the view and the signs were on the passenger side not on drivers side. The disabled parking are at the front of the store and this bay has no signs around it then and as of today it is still the same. I want to argue this point saying insufficient signage as it was. Any views or advice here plz?

Use the relevant Code of Practice in force on the incident date, because that would be the correct one to use, each one has the version or date of inception, each one supercedes the previous one from the inception date

The single code didn't come into force until October 2024. The IPC code at the time was v9.

Yes you can send a supplementary WS as your second statement with those images. And link HHJ Moloney's transcript from the first Beavis hearing at Cambridge if you didn't already exhibit that with the first WS.

And obviously this is your chance to add the link to the 'tours' indirect discrimination example I told you about and to reiterate what I said about a trader having 'no excuse' even if they didn't know about the disability.

How is the driver supposed to get out of the car door? Hardly a good advert for a disabled space.

The judge wasnt having it on my signage and disability equality rights. Made me also pay extra 70£. She said disabled bays were provided and didnt back me that it doesnt address time issue. Sucks but i got some valuable experience.

She erred in law if you linked and referred to HHJ Moloney's transcript from the first Beavis hearing at Cambridge, yet she wrongly said they could have enforcement costs twice.

She also erred if there were no t&cs at the disabled bay. No contract, never mind that it is marked like an accessible bay.
