Notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track
I appealed my court claim with the help of this forum. I have now been sent a proposed allocation to the small claims track.
Do we have advice/ template available regarding completing this form.
My vehicle had genuinely been sold a few weeks prior to ticket. I was not the owner My insurance was cancelled and i was insured for my new car I can show the payment made into my account by the person who bought the car. It appears i was still tge registered owner although my paperwork was sent off.
The fact i have to carry on fighting this company annoys me after detailing it all in the initial court claim. Can i counter this for ongoing stress and time
