Entering the prize promotion

This prize promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are not permitted to enter.
The prize promotion starts on 20 April 2026 10:00.
To enter the prize promotion participants must. Click enter to win before 23:59 on 4 May 2026.
Only one entry per person. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.

Choosing the winner

There will be 1 Prize winner drawn at random on 5th May 2026. The winner will be selected from all eligible entries by a randomised computer programme.

The prize

The winner will receive 1 million Virgin Points.
The Prize will be delivered digitally. M&S will notify winners by email. In order to claim their points, the winner will need to be or become a Virgin Red member and accept the www.virgin.com/virgin-red/terms-and-conditions and share their Virgin Red ID to verify their Virgin Red membership. If we can't reach a winner within five working days, if a winner doesn’t accept their Prize, a winner isn’t eligible to win or we can’t verify their eligibility, the winner will forfeit their Prize and we might award the Prize to another winner, selected in the same way we’ve set out above.
The winner will receive a promotional code with instructions to allow them to credit their Virgin Points prize to their Virgin Red account. Make sure to use the code before the stated expiry date, otherwise the code will expire and the Virgin Points will be lost. Once the code has been redeemed, Virgin Points never expire.
Spending your Virgin Points on Virgin Red rewards: Reward bookings are subject to availability and separate terms apply – click on each reward in the Virgin Red app for details. Points prices for rewards vary and will be displayed at the time of booking. Any extra costs and expenses that are not included in the Prize are your responsibility, including any additional costs, insurance and taxes. If you’d like to spend your Virgin Points on a reward flight, be aware that taxes, fees and carrier-imposed surcharges apply and vary in accordance with cabin, departure airport, destination and date(s) of travel. You’ll need to sign up for a free Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account to book.

General

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.
M&S’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.
M&S reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity and eligibility of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize if M&S reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
Prize details are correct at date of publication. M&S reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the prize promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the prize promotion is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the prize promotion.
Provision of this prize is subject to the winner signing a prize acceptance form.
The winner may be required, subject to their consent, to take part in reasonable post-prize promotion publicity for M&S and Virgin Red Limited which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by M&S, Virgin Red Limited or other third parties for publicity purposes and the winner agree[s] to the use of their personal data for such purposes
The entrant agrees to assign all copyright and intellectual property developed during this prize promotion exclusively to M&S.
The name and county of the prize winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope within one month of the notification date to Victoria Scott, Marks & Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW. Accordingly, please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws governing prize draws, if you are a winner in this prize draw your name and county of residence may be published and/or disclosed to the Advertising Standards Authority.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S or Virgin Red Limited’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence. Subject to that, neither M&S nor Virgin Red Limited shall have any liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the prize promotion; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the Prize; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S or Virgin Red Limited’s control that may cause the prize promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Prize in transit to the winner.
If any of these terms and conditions is found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply.
We will do our best to resolve any problems relating to the prize promotion. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
