Advice Needed Yopa Pay Later Contract
I've put my property on the market with Yopa - the Agent kept saying my house would sell really quickly etc. I had my property valued by 3 agents and all agreed the same valuation. I went with Yopa because of the low fees. My property has now been on the market for 12weeks and I've not had one viewing. I've contacted the agent on several occasions and have had no proactive advise. I've suggested dropping the price, reducing the number of photos (there were over 30 pics!) and reordering them, hosting an Open House event, that has been arranged but by Appointment Only (so to me that's not an open house event). I want to withdraw from the contract as I feel that Yopa haven't done anything to market my property. But I don't want to have to pay the £1500 fee! Has anyone got an advice or experience with the similar situation?

What does the contract say about exactly what marketing actions they commit to, or any rights to withdraw from it in the absence of any interest being generated?

Is it on their website, or right moves?
As you have gone to a online agent, then you are missing out on agents windows & their lists of buyers in your area.
House sales should start picking up now, as this is when people start looking. But certain international events will put some off due to uncertainty over mortgage rates.
