How many of those in the 100% success rates were actually defended?

The issue with Small Track claims from a corporate standpoint is that they will want professional legal representation but legal costs cannot be recovered even if you win in small track. You can make an almost totally baseless claim but many organisations will take a pragmatic economic view that its not worth spending £5,000 trying to defend a claim for £1,000 as even if they win they are still £4,000 worse off than if they just paid the claim.

If it's totally vexatious or fraudulent then thats a different matter because then judges will consider awarding costs which also acts as a deterrent for abuse of the system.

I too have a 100% success ratio but never has a single case of mine ever seen the inside of a court room. I am well aware that some of my cases weren't as strong as others but economically it didnt make sense for them to defend.

2 x Settlement following my MCOL submission as claimant - including TUI only last week on another PTR dispute

Multiple direct with companies where persistence eventually paid off
