Refunding a positive balance using Barclaycard app

Hi All,

Long time stoozer.

Has anyone refunded a positive balance using the Barclaycard app recently?

Is there an automated process or do you have to use the chat and get someone to do it?

Ring them up, is the quickest route.

Thanks, but it's also the most human route.

Really I wanted an automated route.

Last year on an old Barclaycard I was able to do the whole process online using the Barclaycard web/online login at

    https://www.barclaycard.co.uk/personal/customer

Now as a return/new customer it is no longer possible to register for that web/online access and must use the Barclaycard app that is why I was asking specifically about automated process for Barclaycard app.

    Thanks

Did you deliberately put the card in credit hoping for them to send the cash to another place? They typically refund it to the source, not a separate bank account

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
