Unfair parking fine

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend the quickest way to get an unfair parking fine cancelled? I know there are various threads on this forum, but I got confused as to the wording to use specific to my case.

I visited Liverpool cathedral and paid for the full duration of my parking. The photo shows me exiting 4minutes beyond my paid time, but I understand there is always a 10minute grace period?

Horizon parking are continually attempting to fine me, on the grounds that my text receipt - which I have forwarded to them by way of appeal - does not state the parking location. However, this is the only receipt that I was sent. They are now saying they will only fine me £15 as a gesture of good faith. How do I get these crooks off my back?!

Any suggestions much appreciated, thanks in advance.

But the quickest way is already in the NEWBIES FAQS thread and in the official MSE Guide linked at the top of this page.

    Read one or the other!

The good thing is you don't have a fine, you've got an invoice from a Private Parking Company.

    Follow the advice of Coupon-mad.
