    Yep, but I'd remove the bit about Tenpin not communicating. It's just as likely that they did but PE just ignored them. It makes your case sound better if it sound like it's you and Tenpin versus Parking Eye.

    You also seem to have removed the point given about trespass.

    And if this us an in-house ParkingEye claim, you need thr extra point about them adding £30 that wasn't on the signs. See other ParkingEye claim threads.
