Different entity, but Shawbrook bank website also had a note about maintenance this afternoon till 9am tomorrow. They all (probably need to) do it.

I'm not too bothered about pre-announced down time, but the point is they didn't announce it to me, and even when I discovered it, they didn't tell me how long it would last. I only got that information by coming here and whinging 😁 Having said that, I'd think it was perfectly possible to keep their system up whilst most people are awake (and I do know something about the subject).

And this business where they show different things to different people, depending on whether they're using the website or an app, or where they are or what they're called, or who knows what!
