NtK - Postal PoFA

I have been given a parking charge outside Leeds train station, I was picking up a friend and was unable to get into the drop-off area and so waited on the road outside. It was unfortunately clearly signed however I couldn't get into the drop off and was waiting on the road regardless so pulled up to a less busy spot for 5 mins.

I was going to send off your template response to the appeals page however they have already sent clear photographic evidence. Does this make it difficult to appeal and reverse?

    Presumably its from UKCPS ?

Even if you appeal it wont result in a cancellation, so you are in it for the long haul

Study other recent cases on here for that location

    Do not pay

  • Yes, I have changed my address and the notice was sent to family.

I have just read a section about changing of address, there is quite a lot of information to process forgive I will read again but is that the best route for me?

Little concerned about this making it to a hearing given the photo evidence and clear signage at location.

Just appeal confirming your new address. Then IGNORE THEM but obviously don't ignore a Claim Form.

Comes from Moorside Legal … but you'll know all this when you search the forum!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am struggling to find the template/ response I saw about confirming a new address now on the appeals page. Do I use the "one size all" template on the newbies page and state my new address?

Also I'm not sure i've updated my V5C, does this set me back?

Yep they do forgive me. I have read it a few times but there is a lot to digest and one second you think it's clear as day and then you read something else that seems to make you doubt again.

Will this likely result in a hearing do you think?
