I received a letter advising me that I have one month to pay and remove the CCJ from my credit file


is there anyone who can help me with this matter ?

    It says you didn't reply to the claim form is that correct?

    More knowledgeable posters will advise you. There is a section in NEWBIES thread Post 2 - Small Claim on CCJ.
