My son has no defense DCB Euro Carparks letter of claim

Hi, I've been helping son through his "dealings" with DCB legal - following guidance here, we have ended up at the N1SDT form

Date 19/03/26

Acknowledged 26/3/26

Their reason is ; No valid pay and display/permit was purchased.

He didn't buy a ticket as he obviously didn't read the signs - he says he thought it was a free car park.

It was VRN recognition .

I've gone through numerous threads here but I can't find any where the driver just didn't read the blumin' signs!!

This is not his first time and we have a second N1SDT claim form come through - for a different car park. Again, he can't have read the signs properly and didn't buy a ticket.

He was waiting for his autism and adhd diagnosis's at the time but don't want to go down that route. Although, some comments here is that no-one will read the defense, but then other comments are this is a legal document and everything had to be the truth.

Can we be vague with the truth? ie write a paragraph 3 which will allude to the signage being poor - although i'm not sure it was?

Thanks for reading

    Thank you all.

I have submitted. Will assist with the other claim and then relax for a few months.

    Le_Kirk for that one

Is it something like the 04 May 2026? I'm not sure what the calculation is….. Anyway, I'll do it before the end of the month - don't want to do them both at the same time!

I have also told my son to pay his bloody parking!
