TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Free Cash Frenzy: Win £250 Cash - (the “Competition”):

These Competition terms and conditions should be read together with, and are in addition to, Bauer Media Group: Competition General Terms & Conditions at:  https://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/competition-general-terms-and-conditions  (the “General Terms”).

Together these specific competition terms and conditions and the General Terms shall be referred to as the “Terms”. Where there is a conflict between these terms and the General Terms, these terms shall prevail.

1. ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS:

Entries are restricted to one entry per person per day.

Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes:

(A)    Online at www.makemeawinner.co.uk.

Online entry is free of charge.

2. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN:

To enter the Competition, click the “enter for free” button and follow the instructions.

There will be one winner of the Competition. All valid entries for each round will be pooled and the winner will be chosen by electronic random draw on Friday 24 April 2026.

3. ENTRY PERIODS:

Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:

From Thursday 16 April 2026 at 00:01 (the “Start Time”) to Thursday 23 April 2026 at 20:00 (“End Time”).

Entries received outside of any round entry periods will be invalid. 

Winner Announcement. The name and the hometown of the winner(s) may be announced on-air or on social media.

The winner will initially be contacted through a phone call, followed by an e-mail if no reply is received. However, if the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days from the date of the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms and the General Terms.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS:

The Competition is only open to people aged 18 and over who: (i) live in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man), (ii) are not a Bauer employee or their immediate family (including live-in partner) and (iii) are not an employee of any third-party sponsors or prize providers, or their immediate family (including live-in partner).
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Specific Terms or the General Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms or the General Terms.

5. THE PRIZE:

The Prize is provided by Bauer Radio Limited (company number 01394141 and registered address Media House, Peterborough Business Park, Lynch Wood, Peterborough PE2 6EA (the “Prize Provider”). 

One winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):

The Prize is £250 cash, delivered to a winner and paid in cash, by bank transfer, or by cheque.

Delivery or payment of the Prize is subject to the winner providing personal identification and/or proof of address and passing our internal compliance checks.

Payment may take up to 28 days from the point at which we receive the correct details.

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

OTHER CONDITIONS:

1. DATA PROTECTION. By entering the Competition, entrants are automatically consenting to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter via SMS text message. Entrants can opt out of this at any time by texting: STOP to 61025, 61054, 63103, 64100, 81215, 65115 or 88200. This will be charged at 1 standard network rate message. If entrants do not wish to receive any marketing communications, they will need to do this after each time they re-enter the Competition. Entrants’ personal data will (regardless of whether they opt-out) always be used to process their entry. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other platform which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the Competition and/or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

3. MISCELLANEOUS. Entries which do not comply with these Specific Terms or the General Terms will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified. if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Specific Terms or the General Terms, we may cancel the Competition (in whole or in part) or disqualify an entrant and award the Prize to another entrant in accordance with the Competition mechanic.

Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the Competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the Competition.

As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Specific Terms or the General Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
