APCOA Parking outside a designated a designated parking bay

Is there any grounds to appeal this? What would the procedure be if so. This is at the Luton Airport staff car park the vehicle was parked in the red circle. The car park has no markings other than those darker sections

Same as all the other airport cases on here, appeal as keeper based on no keeper liability due to non relevant land. No blabbing about who was driving or about what happened

There's some shabby parking there! Hope they are not pilot's cars!

  • Thanks for your reply. Should I wait till the 26th day to send the appeal? Also should i follow this template on the newbies thread? TEMPLATE ''ONE SIZE FITS ALL'' FIRST APPEAL THAT DOESN'T SAY WHO WAS DRIVING:

Delaying or not is your choice, only useful for a windscreen pcn however, not a postal PCN letter

Read my reply again regarding which template to use ( not the blue text appeal ), but a bespoke airport appeal

As above. Most importantly do not say who was driving, in the keeper's appeal.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
