Nationwide online banking - cannot set up payments
Is anyone else having problems setting up new payments on the Nationwide website or ,obile app today???

I set up a new payment earlier this afternoon, as did my wife, both without problems. What kind of issue are you having?

It gets stuck on the Check Account screen when you've entered the details of the payee details, It is a payment to another building society, but one that uses an account from Barclays for payments in with the Building Society account number as the payee reference,

New account at the payee BS? Can take a day for CoP to filter through the systems of both institutions.
