DCB LEGAL, PARKING EYE court claim, defended

I worked at a hospital trust from March 2020-April 2022 full time as a nurse. I have received ONE ticket during this time period. for 01/12/2021 to say that I did not pay for parking and have a fine etc for this date. This was a day that I was working from 07:30-20:00 so I appealed it and they said no. So being honest, I have been ignoring them.

I received papers a couple of weeks ago saying that DCB legal and their client want to take me to court over an ‘unpaid’ parking fine. I submitted my defence and they’ve still said that they want to proceed despite my defence, and they’ve said I will receive official court papers soon.
I them that I had evidence of being an employee and I had evidence on my payslips that I had paid for the parking each month. But after finding the payslips, I can see I didn’t pay due to the ‘good will gesture’ from the trust, regarding the parking situation.
My problem is I now do not have any evidence, aside from payslips which show I was a full time employee. I won’t be able to get evidence regarding the good will gesture of us not paying for parking, and I won’t obviously have evidence on my payslip.
The only other obvious point I made in my defence is why have I only got 1 parking ticket in a 2 year period if I wasn’t allowed to park there ? I was parking there 13 times a month for 2 years lol. BUT they still want to proceed and tell me I’m going to court unless I contact for settlement. I’ll copy and paste the email I’ve had below in the comments as it won’t let me attach a picture.

What do I do next please ?
Thank you

Okay thank you so much!! I actually blocked their number a while ago so I don’t know if I’ll get a negotiation phonecall 😂. But I do keep getting voicemails. I don’t know where the number is for me to unblock it. Shall I try to unblock it or just leave it as it is?

Just to be clear; you received an N1SDT claim form from the CNBC and you completed a defence via MCOL and submitted it.

It will be discontinued shortly before they have to pay the hearing fee.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have now received this in the post. Can someone please advise what I do next please ? I’m really tempted to just contact them and offer to pay the original £60 or something. I absolutely was allowed to park where I did and the ticket is a joke but I just want them to go away now.
    thank you
