Being made redundance but not given enough notice.
Th place I work at is closing 30th April, I have worked there since 2014 left in 2018 and returned 2021. I work part time, two shifts a week.
Whilst we have been aware of this the boss has handled it very poorly and now 2 weeks before closing we still have not been officially made redundant and had our redundancy letters. This includes the manager who has worked here for nearly 20 years!
Can we still be paid for the notice we haven't had? What are the consequences for our boss?
Also I haven't taken any of my holiday leave.
I am so confused as he has said he is liquidating the company and we will get a code and we can get our redundancy pay from them as he can't afford to pay it. It is so badly handled and I am unsure of what I am entitled to.

I'd encourage you to read the below (it also contains an entitlement calculator). Notice can be claimed for.

The OP will need to calculate their entitlement based upon when they rejoined in 2021, not the original joining date in 2014. It would be most exceptional for continuity of service to bridge the gap from 2018 to 2021.

In redundancies I have experienced, pay in Lieu of notice (PILON) was a thing, so yes, I believe you should have entitlement to Redundancy pay, PILON and any outstanding leave.
Leave I'd expect to be pro-rata for the proportion of the holiday year you have worked, so if it goes with calendar it would be 4/12 or a third of the annual days holiday.
