Being made redundance but not given enough notice.

Th place I work at is closing 30th April, I have worked there since 2014 left in 2018 and returned 2021. I work part time, two shifts a week.

Whilst we have been aware of this the boss has handled it very poorly and now 2 weeks before closing we still have not been officially made redundant and had our redundancy letters. This includes the manager who has worked here for nearly 20 years!

Can we still be paid for the notice we haven't had? What are the consequences for our boss?

Also I haven't taken any of my holiday leave.

I am so confused as he has said he is liquidating the company and we will get a code and we can get our redundancy pay from them as he can't afford to pay it. It is so badly handled and I am unsure of what I am entitled to.
