Parking at Starbucks, Stansted Airport
I recently parked at Starbucks, Stansted Airport. I was there for 15 minutes. Went into Starbucks, bought some coffee - left.
I received a parking fine from MET Parking. I filled in the appeals form - didn't say I was driving,.
They asked for proof of purchase at Starbucks. I sent a screenshot of my bill, detailing time and location. They replied that I had contravened their parking rules as I hadn't registered my number plate on entering Starbucks.
No one in Starbucks mentioned this rule, I saw no signs stating this rule. MET stated that I was allowed 60 minutes free parking as a Starbucks customer.
What should I do?

Watch the Joe Lycett video about this place. Laugh at them. No paying.
What a shame you blew the winning appeal point by saying who was driving.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
