    As Above, but you should be working on your WS plus Exhibits because both sides have that same deadline next week ( I was hoping that it would be 2 weeks before, not the same date. )

    Hey everyone,
    Irritatingly I did have to prepare the WS plus exhibits just in case, as we both had the same deadline, with me submitting evidence and them also having til 16:00 last Thursday to pay the court fee. I did ring the court at 14:00 on deadline day to check and see if the fee had been paid, which it hadn't - but the court said sometimes the systems are slow to update so I couldn't gamble, on the off chance they weren't being cowards for once.

    As predicted though, I got the letter of discontinuance though the post today! Another DCB Legal / Eurocarparks bites the dust.

    Just wanted to say a big thank you to all, for your help and guidance with this one.

    @Umkomaas - another one for the collection, please!!
