Nation Broadcasting’s Promotion ‘Passport to Paradise: Sandals Jamaica’ (“Promotion”) is organised by Nation Broadcasting in partnership with the Jamaica Tourist Board (“JTB”) and Sandals Resorts International.

The Promotion will run from Monday 13th April 2026 at 00:01 until Thursday 23rd April 2026 at 23:59 (“Promotional Period”) on Nation Radio London.

The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and Nation Broadcasting’s General Terms and Conditions (together, the “Competition Terms”). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

For Nation Radio South

Unique Travel, Corp., the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts, will provide:

(1)    One (1) prize consisting of a seven-day/six-night All-Inclusive holiday for two (2) adults (the prize winner + an adult guest) to any one of the Sandals Resorts listed below, located in Jamaica (the “Sandals Resorts Prize Package”). 

1.1    Sandals Resorts in Jamaica:
o    Sandals Ochi                             - Ocho Rios, Jamaica
o    Sandals Dunn’s River                - Ocho Rios, Jamaica
o    Sandals Negril                           - Negril, Jamaica 
o    Sandals Royal Plantation          - Ocho Rios, Jamaica
o    Sandals Montego Bay               - Montego Bay, Jamaica
o    Sandals South Coast                - Westmoreland, Jamaica
o    Sandals Royal Caribbean          - Montego Bay, Jamaica
              

Average Retail Value Sandals Resorts Accommodations = approximately £4,790 GBP ($2,800 USD).

Estimated Total Retail Value of accommodations and £2,100 GBP towards airfare for two adults = approximately £6,896 GBP ($9,172 USD) (“Prize Package”)

(2)    Prize winner must be 18 years or older.

(3)    The Prize Package includes:

(i)    The Sandals Resorts Prize Package will be issued in the form of a prize certificate (the “Prize Certificate”), outlining the terms and conditions of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package and redemption procedures.

The winner will receive a stipend of £2,100 GBP ($2,800 USD) provided in the form of a cheque. The stipend is intended to be used towards round-trip airfare in conjunction with the Sandals Resorts Prize Certificate. If the total cost of the round-trip airfare exceeds the stipend amount of £2,100 GBP ($2,800 USD) toward airfare for two (2) adults, the winner will be responsible for covering any additional costs. The stipend is not intended to cover any additional expenses beyond airfare or airport transportation. The stipend check must be deposited by the winner within 60 days of receipt. Failure to deposit the check within this timeframe will result in the checking becoming void, and the winner will forfeit the stipend. The stipend check is non-transferable and is intended to be used with the specified prize package. The winner must not book their flights until they receive confirmation of the accommodation booking at their chosen resort. 

(4)    Nation Radio South:

(i)    shall confirm that Unique Travel Corp is the Sandals Resorts Prize Package Provider only;

(ii)    will provide JAWW Media + Marketing (“JAWW”) with the name of the prize winner of the Sandals Resorts Prize Packages so that JAWW can arrange for the Prize Certificate to be issued.

(iii)    will provide JAWW with a copy of the station’s release form.

(iv)    shall inform the Sandals Resorts Prize Package recipient that reservations (resort accommodations) will not be confirmed until 90 days prior to the selected travel date.  

(v)    will ensure that the Sandals Resorts Prize Package recipient confirms and represents that he/she has complied with all the rules and regulations of the promotion where the Sandals Resorts Prize Package is offered and/or awarded, and that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the promotion to receive the Sandals Resorts Prize Package or Beaches Resorts Prize Package; and 

(vi)    will ensure that the prize winner, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, and release any and all rights, claims, and causes of action whatsoever he/she may have against Unique Travel Corp, the Sandals Resorts Prize Package Provider now or in the future arising out of his/her participation in the promotion and/or acceptance and utilisation of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package that he/she has won, or the exercise of any rights granted herein.  

(5)    Any state and/or local taxes applicable to the Sandals Resorts Prize Package will be the prize winner’s responsibility to declare and pay. Neither Unique Travel Corp, the Sandals Resorts Prize Package Provider nor any of its affiliates and/or JAWW shall not provide any tax forms.

(6)    The Sandals Resorts Prize Package must be redeemed for travel between 1st January 2027 – 31st December 2027 (the “Redemption Period”). The Sandals Resorts Prize Package is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Redemption Period has expired. If the selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package is not redeemed during the Redemption Period, the selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package will be forfeited.

(7)    The Prize Certificate will be provided at the conclusion of the promotion and upon receipt of proof of performance, for example (where applicable):
o    radio spots
o    recorded spots / live air checks / interviews
o    affidavits 
o    ROS
o    screen shots of promo web page, email blasts and Social Media postings
o    On-air Reach
o    Total number of social media posts

1.3    The selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package is subject to space availability and certain blackout dates including but not limited to seven (7) days before and after any major U.S. Holiday.  Reservations will not be confirmed until 90 days prior to the selected travel date. DO NOT MAKE FLIGHT ARRANGEMENTS UNTIL PRIOR TO RECEIVING RESORT CONFIRMATION.

2.    Sandals Resorts Prize Package:

2.1    The selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package must be redeemed for travel between 1st January 2027 – 31st December 2027 (the “Redemption Period”). The Sandals Resorts Prize Package is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Redemption Period has expired. If the selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package is not redeemed during the Redemption Period, the selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package will be forfeited.

2.2    “EXCLUSIONS” – domestic transfers, including any internal flights or transportation to the departure airport in the UK, hotel stays other than the prize awarded as part of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package, spending money, car rental, personal charges, incidentals, telephone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, wine from the Manager’s Wine List, tours and excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA or Scuba certification courses, room services, meals outside of the selected and/or designated resort, island departure taxes, purchases made at the Sandals Resorts or Beaches Specialty or Gift Shops, baggage fees and customs duties are not included.

2.3    Any state and/or local taxes applicable to the selected Sandals Resorts Prize Package will be the prize winner’s responsibility to declare and pay. 

2.4    SUBSTITUTION OF RESORT.  The accommodations portion of the Sandals Resorts Prize Package is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates.  Unique Travel Corp, the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts and/or Sandals Resorts or Beaches Resorts, each reserves the right to relocate any confirmed prize winner from the selected resort to an alternate resort within the resort’s chain and to change dates with prior notice should circumstances so require or for any circumstance(s) beyond the resort’s control. The terms and conditions agreed to by the prize winner shall apply with equal applicability to any resort which is the subject of substitution or deviation.  Neither Unique Travel Corp nor Sandals Resorts nor Beaches Resorts shall be liable for any claim made by the prize winner whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution or deviation.

2.5    COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT ENTITIES.    Unique Travel Corp, the Sandals Resorts Prize Package Provider, its affiliates, and principals as well as Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a breach of receipt of the selected Prize package or any agreement entitling the prize winner to assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund.

2.6    HEALTH & SAFETY: Sandals Resorts reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.

2.7    CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ACCEPTANANCE OF THE SELECTED SANDALS RESORTS PRIZE PACKAGEPROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES GUEST FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING ANY CLAIM BROUGHT UNDER AS A RESULT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. EVEN IF APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, GUEST AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LAWSUIT AGAINST UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY GUEST INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, AND GUEST EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS. IF GUEST'S CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDING UNDER FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE HERE FOR SANDALS RESORTS  https://www.sandals.com/terms/  THE GUEST FURTHER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDING OF ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND IS NON-SEVERABLE FROM THE AGREEMENT TO ANY CLAIMS HEREIN. THE VALIDITY AND EFFECT OF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE DETERMINED ONLY BY A JUDGE OR COURT OF LAW. GUEST AGREES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE SEVERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GUEST AGREES THAT THE PARTIES REFERENCED IN FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ANY CLAIM BY GUEST CAN RECEIVE IMMEDIATE JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENFORCE THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

2.8    Travel Safety Warning

(i)    Due to the fact that travel and tourism are constantly in a state of flux, prize winner is advised to consult the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) website at  https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice  and enter the name of the country(ies) that they plan to visit for the latest information concerning traveler safety, security, and health advisories.

(ii)    All guests are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols. For example, some destinations, may require guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre and post travel. All guests are advised to visit the  https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice  website before travel and to check the official Government website for the country they are visiting. Neither Unique Travel Corp and/or Sandals Resorts or Beaches Resorts shall be responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test or any other pre-travel requirements.

2.9    The prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability of Release, and their travel companion a Travel Companion Form.

4.0  Anything outside of the airfare allotment is the winner’s responsibility.  Winner is responsible for using the airfare allotment to cover all flight-related costs, baggage fees, penalties, etc., levied by the airline prior to, on the day of, or after the flight, above the £2,100 GBP flight stipend provided for airfare from the Jamaica promotion. The winner is responsible for booking their own airfare on any airline of their choice. No additional funds will be awarded to the winner if the airfare for two exceeds the stipulated flight amount. 

*Any applicable additional costs, including but not limited to seat assignment, baggage fees, etc., are determined by the selected airline and will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Resort stays must be booked followed by airfare. Airfare and/or resort certificate cannot be transferred to a second party, cannot be extended beyond the prize expiration date, and is valid for the destination of resorts outlined in the terms and conditions. Please note that once flights have been confirmed, any penalties for changes to the reservation/itinerary will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
