Hospital Parking Fine
Hello all,
My partner is a nurse and was working a night shift and has received a parking fine.
I saw in the newbie information that NHS workers are exempt between certain times which she qualifies under but the fine states that she parked in a senior staff bay without a valid permit displayed, so does that still apply?
She’s now received a letter from both GCTT Certified Enforcement Agents & QDR Solicitors (instructed by ZZPS Limited acting on behalf of SABA park services UK limited) threatening further action if she doesn’t pay.
Any advice would be appreciated greatly.

Was there a reason for parking in the senior staff bay? Maybe the car park for "normal" workers was full, maybe there aren't enough spaces available. Try the nurses union. Surely the hospital should supply enough spaces for the staff if they expect them to work all night!

SABA court claims are few and far between.
I would just continue to ignore but come back if you receive a Letter Before Claim from QDR.

Seconded. 🙂
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
