    1. The Promoter may request that all winners participate in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material. The winners are under no obligation to participate and may decline this request. Participation is at the winner's discretion and is not a condition of prize acceptance.
    2. By entering this promotion, the winner grants the Promoter the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, publicly display, perform, transmit, exhibit and reproduce their name, statements, video, voice, recordings, interviews, photographs or other visual or audible representations or likeness, in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other material, including without limitation, text, photographs or images in any medium (whether now known or hereafter invented) including, but not limited to the internet and other electronic and social media and for any and all purposes, publicity, promotion, packaging and trade throughout the world without restriction as to manner, frequency or duration of use or any other purpose whatsoever in connection with this promotion or in connection with the marketing of the products of the Promoter, or otherwise. The winner further agrees that all materials produced pursuant to the rights set out above shall and will remain the property of the Promoter.
    3. Any guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
    4. Level 1 Prize:
       1. During Winner Notification, the Winner will be asked to provide the full names of their guests (up to 10 guests per Prize). Once these have been submitted and confirmed they cannot be amended.
       2. A person (as a Winner or a guest) may only attend one Level 1 Prize Draw Prize experience.
       3. The Prize will not take place at a player's home.
       4. The player experiences must be taken before 31 December 2026. The experiences are subject to the chosen Participating Players' availability. The Promoter will endeavour to provide as much visibility as possible for the Prize date, although timings and location may only be confirmed (and are liable to move) days in advance, subject to the Participating Players' availability. Neither the Promoter nor the Participating Player will be liable in any way for any cancellation or postponement of the Prize. If the Prize is cancelled or postponed due to Participating Player availability, then the Prize will be rearranged in full.
       5. Across all Participating Players involved in the promotion the Prize will take place on a date pre-determined by the Participating Player / Promoter (with winners unable to change) in 2026. Winners may need to attend at short notice anytime from August 2026 onwards.
       6. In order to facilitate the smooth-running of the Prize, there will be a minimum of 2 representatives of the Promoter and the Participating Player during the Experience. If in the opinion of the Promoter, the winner or their guests behave and/or speak in an inappropriate manner or ask questions that have not been pre-approved, the representatives of the Promoter or Participating Player will issue an initial warning. If the behaviour and/or speech continues, the representatives of the Promoter or Participating Player will terminate the meet & greet and no alternative Prize, or any other form of compensation will be provided. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
       7. The prize will include standard class travel to and from the experience venue a minimum 4* hotel stay for 1 night (in twin or double rooms) for winner and up to 10 guests as well as food and drink at the experience.
       8. Travel and accommodation will be arranged by the promoter’s agency and will be at their sole discretion.
       9. 1. Airline seats are subject to availability.2. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with the Promoter's/any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.3. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.4. Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).5. Travel must be taken at the stated times; no alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight seats once confirmed are not permitted.6. The winner and their guests may require an official form of ID to travel. Any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guests. In the event the winner or their guests are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other prize will be provided.7. The Prize will be forfeited if:a. the winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter; b. the winner has any travel/immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within pre-booked period; orc. the winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.
       10. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. For the avoidance of doubt, dinner at the hotel will not be included. 
       11. A valid credit or debit card may be required for the winner to check in to their room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or services.
       12. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
       13. The Winner will be subject to a name check against any professional association football club venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order.
       14. Except mobile phones used for personal and private use only, you may not bring into (or use within) the venue where the Meet and Greet Experience will take place, any equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or any aspect of it.
       15. At all times, the Promoter will have the discretion as to how to implement the Prize fulfilment. 
       16. Once dates, tickets, or names are booked, they cannot be altered or changed except at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
       17. The dates available for the experiences are not guaranteed and are subject to club restrictions around access and dates.
       18. The Prize will be arranged by email/phone between the Promoter’s agency and the individual winners. The Promoter’s agency will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. The Promoter will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details, including dates and locations are confirmed, this cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
       19. The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a Winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
       20. Winners must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
    5. Level 2 Prizes:
       1. Participating Clubs defined as: Arsenal FC, Arsenal FC Women, Liverpool FC, Liverpool FC Women, Tottenham Hotspur FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC Women.
       2. Matchday tickets will be made available once the 2026/2027 fixture list has been confirmed.
       3. The winner will receive their tickets via email.
       4. One of either the Winner or the guest must be 18+ to enter the Participating Club’s stadium. Children can be taken with an adult.
       5. Exact match dates may be subject to change by the Participating Club and/or football league. If there is a change in date, the Promoter will communicate this to the winners/entrants and the Promoter is not liable for any date changes. Winners/entrants will not be able to exchange or transfer tickets.
       6. Winners will be subject to a name check against any professional association football club, venue or sporting Banning Orders as well as the National Police Database for those who may be subject to a court banning order. 
       7. All Prizes are only available to home or neutral supporters of the Participating Clubs, so all necessary checks/ conditions must be adhered to. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner and/or guest on the basis of the findings resulting from a background or information check and award the tickets to an alternative winner.
       8. Entry to any stadium is subject to the normal terms and conditions of entry of the applicable stadium and/or Participating Club. All tickets will be “home” tickets. Away fans are not permitted in the “home” section of a stadium. Winners are subject to screening by Participating Clubs based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these conditions.
       9. Attending fans are required to not wear opposition colours and doing so may result in entry to the stadium not being permitted.
       10. Each ticket is issued by the relevant Participating Club subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the Participating Club and will be provided to you with your Prize. The use of a ticket to enter a Participating Club’s stadium constitutes acceptance of that Participating Club's terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the issuing Participating Club.
       11. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include, travel, accommodation, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money), that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs. For the avoidance of doubt, dinner at the hotel will not be included. 
       12. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.
       13. The Winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the Winner and/or their guests from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if the Winner and/or their guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry from a person who is the subject of a stadium banning order or is otherwise prohibited from attending football matches by any professional association football club or any competent authority.
       14. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the Prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
       15. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
       16. Winners must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.
    6. Level 3 Prizes:
       1. Lifestyle voucher terms and conditions can be found here. The voucher will expire 18 months from date of Prize Acceptance.
       2. AllGifts.IE terms and conditions can be found here. The voucher will contact and provide valid evidence of their identification for verification within 5 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact and provide valid evidence of their identification for verification within 5 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
    2. Any claims received that don’t meet these requirements will be void and invalid and the Prize will not be returned to the Promotion Prize pool.
    3. Wrap-Up Draw: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 days of Wrap Up Draw Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner.
